This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use Duckgresql.

Duckgresql is currently a project created and operated by Jesús Jiménez Ballano, not by an incorporated company.

At this stage, we collect only the information you submit through the waitlist/application form:

We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. If this changes, this policy will be updated before the new processing starts.

Primary hosting: OVHcloud infrastructure in the Paris region (France).
Email delivery provider: Resend.

If any processing involves data transfers outside the EEA, appropriate GDPR safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) will be used where required.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and Spanish data protection law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of your personal data.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used to operate the site and service.

If non-essential cookies are introduced, a cookie notice and preference mechanism will be implemented before activation.

Duckgresql is intended for adults. It is not directed to children.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the product evolves (for example, when payments or analytics are introduced). The "Last updated" date will always reflect the current version.
