These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Duckgresql.
Duckgresql is currently a project created and operated by Jesús Jiménez Ballano, and is not yet operated by an incorporated company.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Duckgresql, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Duckgresql is intended for adult users. By using the service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Service Status and Changes
Duckgresql is an evolving production service. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time to improve reliability and security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Using the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Interfering with platform stability, security, or availability.
5. Accounts and Access
Access may be granted through waitlist/onboarding. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
6. Fees and Future Billing
The service is currently offered without payment. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. If billing starts, prices and payment terms will be communicated in advance and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in Duckgresql, including software, branding, and documentation, remain with Jesús Jiménez Ballano or applicable licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Availability and Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain quality and uptime, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duckgresql's operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
10. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Duckgresql evolves. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
